Compleators

The SMC hold a record of Munros, Munro Tops, Furths, Corbetts, Grahams (2000ft) and Donalds compleators in accordance with our Hill Lists.

Notification of compleation and any amendments to the List should be submitted to the Clerk of the Munro List munroclerk@smc.org.uk using the online form, or if preferred, in writing to the Clerk of the List:

Alison Coull
23 Frogston Terrace
EDINBURGH
EH10 7AE

If writing rather than submitting the online form, the Clerk of the List likes to know how long you have taken, your first and last hills, your age, plans for the future, where you are from and any other details which may be of interest. You letter will be added to the SMC archive in the National Library of Scotland. An annual report of compleations and compleators is published each year for the SMC Journal, titled Munro Matters. Information in your letter may be included in this report.

If writing please enclose an SAE to ensure a reply notifying your number and details of how to purchase a specially designed Munroist tie, brooch or scarf/snood. If you request a certificate the SAE should be A4 size with correct postage (A4 is Large Letter size)

The Clerk aims to respond within two weeks of receipt but there may be a longer delay at busier times of the year for registration or if the Clerk is on holiday. If you have not heard after a month you may wish to contact the Clerk again in case your notification has not been received.
