A plethera of high quality, climbing within easy walking distance of the hut on the mostly south-facing crags above Langdale, such as White Ghyll, Pavey Ark and Gimmer, with more classic climbs on the likes of Bowfell Buttress a slightly longer walk away.  Fine fell walking and futher climbing available from this very centrally located hut, and only a short walk to the pub.
